I really struggled to keep my weight down and exercise was a chore. However in the last year I have managed to lose weight, eat healthily and enjoy regular exercise. I always made excuses before not to exercise however Carla has shown me that no matter if your time is limited there are always ways to tone up and lose weight. I enjoy the sessions which are fun, varied and have helped me think more positive about exercise. Carla McKnight is a great Personal Trainer!

I have been doing Personal Training with Carla over the last couple of years which I really enjoy. I now feel much fitter, healthier and stronger than I did before.
