Christmas is just around the corner and for some the thought of putting on that party dress and lots of food and drink fills us with dread. Especially if you are trying to lose weight, before the festive season is upon us!!! Don't panic, it's never too late to start getting in shape before the 1st of December. Remember even in a short space of time, regular exercise and healthy eating will make you feel fitter, happier and healthier. Start today.... at least 3 times a week regular exercise, cut down on portion sizes, increase your water intake and cut out unhealthy snacks and alcohol before Decemeber 1st. Try it and see!!!!
