Exercise and the outdoors - a healthy combination!!!
Calling all women throughout Glasgow. if you can get a friend or a group of other females together and start a walking or running club. This way you can train together, have fun, chat and motivate each other to complete the distance. Register for the Womens 10K in Glasgow on the 8th of May.
