Exercise and the outdoors - a healthy combination!!!
During the recent bad weather, when many of us chose to exercise indoors, I had the opportunity to provide useful tips to work the upper arms or as most females refer to as, "bingo wings". On the 7th of Decemeber I was asked to go into Radio BBC Scotland to chat about how to tone, "bingo wings". I had the pleasure of chatting to Susan Calman on the Fred McCaulay Show about how to use useful things in the house, such as a tin of beans or bottles of water. By using light weights and high repetitions it is possible to tone and shape upper arms without having to brave the Severe Scottish weather, especially during all the snow and ice during December.
