Carla is a fully qualified (NASM) Personal Trainer with a wealth of experience in group personal instruction and is now providing one to one coaching and training. In the most recent past, Carla has been instructing BTS programs in Body Pump, Attack & Balance along with her own Aerobics, SPIN, Core Stability and 50 plus classes. She is also a fully qualified Zumba instructor.
This is all in addition to her BA (Hons) in Business & Marketing and Post Graduate Degree in Primary Teaching.
Carla has also been featured in the Sunday Mail and Glasgow Herald for her personal training.
